As President of Vogt Ventures, she built the corporation from concept into a well-established real estate development and property management firm that completed and managed over $30 million in apartment, office building and shopping center development projects.
An active volunteer in the Park City community at The Egyptian Theater Company as Co-Chair as well as the Chairperson of Luxury Home Tour which benefits the Peace House and Hostess/Volunteer of Daffodil Days for the American Cancer Society.
Most recently Sandra organized a condominium development for conversion and conducted record sales for the developer.
While active in all areas of real estate, Sandra focuses on village resort communities.
